Leadership isn't a title—it's a set of skills that anyone can develop with intention and practice. In this interactive Lunch & Learn, participants will explore the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership and discover practical ways to strengthen their ability to influence, inspire, collaborate, and create positive change in their everyday work. Through facilitated discussions and reflection exercises, attendees will identify opportunities to lead through projects, relationships, ideas, and service—regardless of their formal role. Participants will leave with greater confidence, practical strategies, and a personalized understanding of how to grow as a leader while making a meaningful impact in affordable housing.
